We are so excited and proud to share that we are now officially SALSA Approved!

Achieving SALSA approval has been a huge milestone for us and has taken a great deal of hard work, dedication, and commitment from our whole team. The process involved a significant amount of paperwork, detailed checks, reviewing our procedures, and ensuring that every part of our food safety systems meets the high standards required. While it has been a long journey, it has been completely worthwhile and is something we are extremely proud of.

What is SALSA?

SALSA (Safe and Local Supplier Approval) is a nationally recognised food safety certification scheme that supports small and growing food businesses. Achieving SALSA Approval demonstrates to our customers that we meet recognised standards for food safety, quality, hygiene, and traceability, with robust systems in place from ingredient sourcing through to production and storage.

What’s next?

This achievement means we are now able to continue growing our business and open up new opportunities, including supplying more customers and working with businesses that require their suppliers to hold recognised food safety approval.
