Pairing Recommendations

Our Caramelised Onion Chutney is an absolute staple for cheeseboards, but it also pairs well with sandwiches. Our favourite way of using it however, is by adding a spoonful to your gravy! It creates the most delicious onion gravy.

About The Collaborator

Founder Stuart started brewing on a 2.5 barrel microbrewery in a disused stable block on the Roseland Peninsula in Cornwall. In 2017 they moved in to their current production facility in Redruth and acquired multiple pubs. Whilst Stuart is no longer with the company, it has remained a family business with the Cawtes taking over and continuing to grow the brand.
